Your furniture piece will be completely handcrafted by us and made to order. Shipping and production lead times are always approximate and are subject to change. We cannot provide any specific shipping dates. Please see each listing for our current estimated lead time and for additional information. Lead times may also vary with custom orders or size alterations. We have the right to set our own limitations for custom work or size requests.

Your furniture piece will be crafted entirely by hand and constructed out of natural materials, so slight imperfections can be expected. Each will be unique and look slightly different as well, due to the natural wood characteristics, color variation and lumber availability. Furniture damage such as, but not limited to cracks, splits, gaps or warping may develop with environmental changes and humidity levels in your home. This is a natural, often uncontrollable characteristic of solid wood furniture. Sun exposure can also alter the appearance of the wood over time. This table is intended for indoor use only in a controlled temperature, environment. Please reach out to us directly for further information if you have any concerns before purchasing.

Return Policy: Due to each piece being handmade to order or custom, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges or issue refunds. All orders are final sale. Please reach out to us with any questions before purchasing.

Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of our work and natural materials used, slight imperfections, color variations or minor size variance are to be expected and will not be deemed as product defects, or reason for return.

Order Cancellation: Buyer has 24 hours to cancel an order. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee is determined by any fees incurred by Tipsy Oak due to the cancellation of the order.

Upon receiving order: Buyer needs to inspect for any damage to the packaging/item and notify Tipsy Oak within 24 hours. Photos of the damaged packaging as received, along with photos of the furniture damage will be required to proceed. Tipsy Oak will then process the claim with the shipping carrier and work towards repairing/replacing the damaged item.
