Shipping & Handling
Every order is handled with a lot of care and packaged extremely carefully for standard shipping or freight delivery. Best of all, shipping is FREE on all of our available items on our website. Additional fees may apply for any custom work or size requests.
Shipping will vary based on the item purchased and delivery location. We use use a variety of standard shipping methods which include, UPS or Fedex ground, freight or delivery carriers. None of our shipping methods include any carrying-in, unpacking or assembly service. It’s standard drop-off at curbside/front door. If you will need further assistance, we can provide a white glove delivery quote at request.
We do not currently provide local pick-up options for Metro Phoenix customers. All local Phoenix orders will be delivered.
Inspect all pieces upon receiving for any damage. For significant damage, please snap a few photos of the damaged box/item and reach out to us (within 24 hours) for further instructions. *Most minor damage can be remedied with a simple touch up kit that we send free of charge with repair instructions.
