Shipping Policy
Every order is handled with a lot of care and packaged extremely carefully for standard shipping or freight delivery. Best of all, shipping is FREE on all of our available items on our website. Additional fees may apply for any custom work or size requests. Please reach out directly.
Shipping will vary based on the item purchased and your delivery location. We use use a variety of standard shipping methods, which include UPS or Fedex ground, freight or private delivery carriers. None of our shipping methods include any carrying-in, unpacking or assembly service. It’s standard drop-off at curbside/front door. If you will need further assistance, we can provide a white glove delivery quote at request.
We do not currently provide local pick-up options for metro Phoenix customers. All local metro Phoenix orders will be delivered.
Upon Receiving:
Buyer will need to inspect all pieces upon receiving for any damage(s). Please notify us within 24 hours for further instructions.
Please be sure to inspect the packages when they arrive, before opening it. If you notice any damage to the exterior packaging, please be sure not to open the box before taking photos of any visual damage of how the packaging arrived.
If the box was received damaged:
We would also require photos of the packaging on the inside when you remove the box. In case there is any damage to the item, these photos will be required in order to help remedy / process any damages on our end. In the worst case scenario - the piece is damaged, we would also require pictures of any/all damages. DO NOT throw any packaging away.
Tipsy Oak will work toward a resolution of repair or replacement for carrier damage(s). We reserve the right to determine the best coarse of action for carrier damage.*
*Most minor damage can be remedied with a simple touch up kit that we send free of charge with repair instructions.
