Description:
This stunning herringbone dining table is artfully crafted by hand using individual white oak wood pieces to construct the herringbone pattern. It's available with a single or double herringbone pattern. The table top is framed with thin white oak wood that we craft through a process of steam wood bending. Each piece of wood used to construct the table is hand-selected by us and inspected for quality. The table looks beautiful with many styles of decor, such as modern, boho or eclectic. It also works well in small spaces, such as a kitchen or breakfast nook, or with banquette style seating. It's sure to be the focal point of the room!
The curved pedestal style base will free up leg space for comfortable seating. It’s organic and sculptural design is constructed out of 1/2" thick white oak wood slats. We include levelers at the bottom to help with any uneven floor surfaces.
Assembly:
Mild assembly of the base is required (2 people required to handle/assemble). All assembly hardware is included.
Signature Color:
Natural white oak wood can range in color from beige to creamy tan, with undertones of grey. We use our own process, which not only softens the look of the white oak wood, but gives it our signature color. This table is light in color overall, but will have contrast between the pieces of the herringbone pattern, with natural tones of beige, tan & grey throughout. Each piece of white oak is unique and can vary in color and characteristics. The top is smooth, but will have wood grain texture and natural characteristics.
Please note: we do our best to represent product images that are true to color, but please consider there may be inconsistencies with various screen monitors and different light sources.
Finish & Care Instructions:
This table is finished with an eco-friendly (low VOC) semi-gloss top coat that is applied by hand, in multiple layers. The finish not only brings the wood to life, but also helps protect its longevity. It’s very durable, non-toxic, water-resistant and cleans easily with a slightly damp cloth or mild soap & water if needed. Avoid excessive amounts of water and always wipe dry after cleaning. Refrain from harsh chemicals or other household cleaners that may damage the finish. We recommend the use of placemats or trivets when necessary to help protect the finish. This table is crafted entirely by hand and constructed out of natural materials, so slight imperfections or minor size variance can be expected. Each table is unique and will look slightly different as well, due to the natural wood characteristics, color variation and lumber availability.
This table is intended for indoor use only, in a controlled temperature environment. Wood furniture responds to environmental changes in temperature and humidity levels, which may cause damage, such as (but not limited to) cracks, splits or gaps. This is a natural, often uncontrollable characteristic of wood furniture. Sun exposure can also alter the appearance of wood over time. The base will ship separately to avoid damage to the top.
Our standard shipping methods vary. We will determine the best shipping method based on the table size purchased and delivery location. Please allow 1-3 weeks / shipping speed will vary based on location. This does NOT include any carry-in/assembly service.
