Solid Wood Furniture Info:
Solid wood furniture may develop small cracks, gaps or splits with seasonal environmental changes and (low or high) humidity levels in your home. This is a natural and often uncontrollable characteristic of wood. Sun exposure can also alter the appearance of wood over time. All of our furniture is intended for indoor use only, in a controlled temperature environment.
Tips for Long Term Care:
The use of humidifier/de-humidifier may help balance the humidity in your home depending on time of year/geographic location. Humidity levels of 35-45% are ideal for solid wood furniture. Keep in mind, sudden changes in humidity levels in your home may affect your solid wood furniture.
Avoid placing your solid wood furniture near heat vents or other heat sources and constant direct sunlight.
